I'm looking for good(preferably tried and tested) educcational software for a 3yr old. Found a couple on Amazon(ie. Jumpstart and Teacher's Pet) that seem okay but with mixed reviews and most of them seem quite old with compatibility issues experienced by some users.
I find it surprising that there's isn't a lot of new educational software though I've seen a lot on the mobile platforms but I'm specifically looking for PC(got some parts lying around that I'm going to use).
Any suggestions these older titles or any of the newer ones I might have missed?
PS. I'm also planning on getting one of those colorful keyboards for kids and maybe a trackball mouse which I think would be easier for him to use but will look into this as soon as I get the software part sorted.
