All I can say is I am impressed with the level or service and customer satisfaction I got from these guys.
I had a website which I totally forgot about. They suspended the service but still invoiced me for it. I sent them a email asking if I owed them the full amount or the amount up until it was suspended. They said I owed the full amount which i was not happy about but technically liable for.
I replied saying they should bill me up until it was suspended. I expected a no from them and a "fight" but they cancelled the account and all the invoices.
Now this is how customer service should be handled.
I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a really cheap website with good service and support included.
