I have a domain with domains.co.za and have set up my mail to use Zoho.

Earlier, I tried to add my Exchange account to Outlook and it used auto-discover to find the server details.

However a pop-up message about a Security Certificate pops up and says the certificate is valid but the names don't match.

Now I don't have SSL on my domain so I take a look at this certificate and its for some random site. Do a WHOIS lookup and see the domain is also registered through domains.co.za. I didn't go any further from there.

What do you guys think has happened there?

Guessing you are using shared hosting and it's linking the IP address back to the other domain.

Hi FoXtroT,

If you can PM me your account details, I will take a look into this for you.

Based on your post, it seems like your autodiscover record for your domain isn't pointing to Zoho, but rather to our servers. The solution would be to update your autodiscover record to CNAME autodiscover.zoho.com

Regards,
Dave @ Domains.co.za

Thanks Murmaider,

I didn't have an autodiscover record and have added the zoho one now. It doesn't work, but I think that is because Zoho doesn't officially support the feauture yet and I need to do some more config on my side.

At least I don't have someone else's SSL certificate popping up. It just gave me a bit of a fright that's all.

Thanks for the help.
