Enter Network Password

Hi,

I have recently changed from wireless connection to 8ta 3G modem and are experiencing difficulties with Outlook 2007.

At first, it was only sending mails that prompted the dialogue box "Enter Network Password" to continuously pop up and now I can neither send nor receive emails.

Please help!
 
Two options:

1. Change SMTP server settings to your ISP. In case of Telkom it is smtp.saix.net
Without authentication, as you are authenticated already by your ISP.

2. Use your Email service provider SMTP server with authentication, usually the same as for incoming mail server. Details depend on your Email server.

You can't receive Email possibly because of failed login. OT is forgetting password following unsuccessful login.
