Afternoon all!my girlfriend a shortwhile back bought a Asus chromebook and it worked 100% then she did something not sure what it was and then it wanted the enterprise password,now the person she bought it from hasn't been very helpful at all and the enterprise is managed by rentokil,Ricardo from rentokil IT wasn't even interested in trying to assist,is there anyway we can get this now paper weight to be if anything useable I've tried all the options that are available but none will go further than the required account login for the managed enterprise account.

Boot to a flash drive with windows install files. Presumably you're not locked out of the bios - only Windows?
