Hi MyBB's

At work, we're looking to increase the wifi connectivity (or make it better, its basically non existent) by adding some Wireless AP's, or an enterprise wifi option.

At the moment we have 2 wireless ap's, dlinks, plugged in at 2 points which dont work too good because people keep pulling out the network points to be connected to the LAN.

I have been doing some research and it looks like ceiling wifi ap's are quite efficient and have a couple of questions regarding this:

1. Has anyone used these? are they good? (i was hoping to secure about 4 or 5 of them, the length of the building is about 100m to 150m from one side to the other and is on 2 floors)
2. Are there any alternatives for enterprise wifi?
3. What would be a good recommendation to allow fast, secure and strong wireless connection?

Thanks!:)

We use ubiquiti unifi for large hostel, buildings and resorts.

Your'ee welcome to contact us to discuss it

Indeed,i've used the UniFi units for many of my clients, can comfortably mount them on a wall or roof, and they are small, powerful and work a treat. Just config is a bit more of a pain than say your home AP

Feel free to pm if you need a hand
