Yup it is indeed eskom, Mozambique link could go down that's 1500 right there, Medupi could go belly up that's 4800, who knows. But this is power alert which normally seems to be about 2 to 3GW lower then what actually happens as it's a forecast.

BTW, I just went now, filled a small gas bottle for the heater, as well as the car and a 5litre can with petrol, just to prove a point. Bought a 50kg bag of firewood for Saturdays potjie at the same time.
