No. He is not, and you do not have proof that he is. He made a joke in poor taste and it was unprofessional. That's it.

Edit - Actually I don't know if he is a homophobe. But, if you are basing your accusation on his comment, then I think you are wrong.

Or he used sexual orientation to belittle and minimize the impact of a complaint. But your right, we don't know his stance on those types of issues, only that he jokes about and reveals information the complainant may prefer was private.
 
/me: thinks esquire should just stop selling to MyBB forumites period:cry: than maybe everyone will be happy paying higher prices from retail :sick:, and talking about higher pricing I compared the pricing on the hard disks esquire is currently doing on special, they 18% cheaper than Axiz :wtf: with whom I have an account an they reckon they cannot match.

In all fairness, I don't think Esquire being cheap gives them the right to make bad remarks or treat forumites badly. Yes, their prices are great and they have a nice range, but they should still act professionally.

The message was seen by myself and a few forumites, proof enough I reckon. Whether or not it's deleted is irrelevant, it was said.

I am basing my accusation on his comment, which was definitely not in jest. I'm also basing my overall impression of Mo on the times I've met him, as well as treatment of both staff and customers.

You're welcome to think I am wrong, as much as I am welcome to think Mo is a bigot.

Agreed, I have never met him personally and as such cannot make a judgement about his character.

As if closing the accounts of those that called out his bigotry isn't a clear indication of his stance on such issues.

Btw we never exchanged any correspondence over this, I said my say on a public forum and next thing bam! .. account gone. He's a horrible person IMO, forgive me for not giving him the benefit of the doubt just to be able to save a few bucks.

Thinking about it it's the same as blackmail. You dare mention your dissatisfaction or disagree with him on MyBB and you loose your account which is linked to your nick.!

Would be quite keen to see these, and Esquire (as a reputable supplier, not bigoted, petty, or reactionary in any way) surely would give you consent to post them if you asked :D

Well they were probably sent to his other nick, besides it's against the forum rules to disclose PMs anyway.

Not if both parties consent, surely. And if the person in question disputes this he'd have no problem with consenting to disclosure of the particular message that allegedly contains those accusations.

Thought that too, but the thread seems to state:

only the original author of something written in a private message is allowed to publicly post what they personally have written, and anything that anyone else has written [e.g. p.m. quote blocks] must first be deleted prior to the original author posting what they have personally written, that means that only the original author may grant them self permission to publicly post what they have written in a private message.

What are you rambling on about or are you just being your idiotic self as usual? It was send to my nick, the only one. Check on one of the prior links posted in this thread then you would see I mentioned the fact. Such typical trolling as usual it's not even funny and as usual very deluded.
