which last comments are these that you refer to ?

Grant, I think he is looking at the date sequence of your two posts and not comprehending that you are referring to other communication or interaction you had!

So let me get this straight.
1. You said you would never touch Esquire but have no real reason as you've never purchased from them.
2. You have a company but wanna use a personal account?
Esquire is no angel but to make a thread out of this, grow up. A business can choose who they wanna transact with and so can you.

I can tell you I love dealing with esquire and so do many of the MyBB forumites , as I often bump into them the cashier at the Milnerton branch

IMHO I think esquire was correct in closing your account , your comment with totally out of order even after you said you that never purchased from them, so why cry about it now when your account is closed , move on find somewhere else to buy from.

I purchase items for myself using a personal account, not via a company account that is dedicated to a specific client - i keep personal purchases separate from those on behalf of a client
In this particular instance 2 accounts would have been created.

The point Grant is making is a good one, people do need to be aware of terrible service and the like and MyBB should get rid of toxic reps like Esquire (or at least have a monitoring system). It's honestly disgusting how he reacts in some of the threads (especially the partner situation), and might be worth letting a LGBT group know.

Just think it was done in the wrong way, this all could have been saved until the next epic fail by a CEO that deserves to be fired, and added more weight to another argument. Just a pity these threads don't show prominently on google to warn potential customers.

Yep, the problem with Esquire is the customer are always wrong first and foremost and from the start the Esquire rep never used tact but rather attacked any thread or poster posting any issue painting Esquire in a negative light.

I was attacked because I posted a valid review of serious problems with a PC supply that Esquire was trying to sell.

You didn't make a new account did you...

Then let me say I've received exceptional service from Esquire. Grant is in the wrong here. You're not forced to use Esquire, they're doing the MYBB community a favor, there's a reason why distributors don't sell to the public. Would Grant walk into a computer shop and make such a comment at the owner?

It's just appalling how the attacks become personal, while commenting on aspects of the Esquire rep (religion etc.) would probably result in a massive sh*t storm from the other side.

Fair enough, but how many items have you had to return? This seems to be where the problems start. Also, have you ever dealt with Cassim?

I have saved PM's from esquire that will make your hair stand on end if you received it. Just out of common courtesy towards all the good people at esquire I never posted the contents for all to see, I did pm it to one specific mod thought.

I've had to return a hard drive and the process was flawless. I've emailed and Pm'd him on many occasions. This thread is simply the pot calling the kettle black...

Are you related to Mo (hereafter referred to as the bigot)? Serious question.

I've had nothing but excellent service when dealing with Esquire over the last 4 years - even when returning a laptop.

So because you've only had good service and good experiences this means everybody has, of course

What is this all about?

Esquire rep (Cassim?) made a homophobic remark in one of the threads a while ago. I can't find the thread any more, most likely it has been deleted by their request.

So what, you saying that because some have had bad experiences this mean everybody has?

Someone asked about it so I answered nowhere did I say Esquire isn't capable of some of the things mentioned in this thread. OP is just crying because someone didn't want to sell him a toy for his bad behavior.

I don't think he was said or insinuated that.

Can't remember the remark. It wasn't terrible, but as a company rep, it should never ever have been posted.
