You obviously don't have the vaguest idea what you are talking about. The networks with the most atrocious voice quality, by far, are the three mobile networks, in no particuar order. My experience of the Neotel voice quality (both CDMA and their business voice services) has been excellent, except, of course, when there's a lousy GSM or UMTS phone at the other end.
