I think Woy wants to really know how it feels to have caoched pool before he was sacked. he is trying to prove a point to the owners. LOL

Carrick suffers from Lucas syndrome. He is very effective, but doesn't do anything flashy, so fans think he is useless.

I like Carrick, and he could've been in the squad for the Euro's if he didn't have a hissy fit about being picked as a backup.

Well thing is England has Scott Parker and Gareth Barry, personally I think Carrick is better than Barry, Parker on the other hand has put in a very solid performances this season, tho his not as good at passing as Carrick

Parker has been struggling with a thigh problem. I don't think he is fully fit yet, Barry is also injured at the moment.

Between Carrick,Parker and Barry? If they were all fit, I'd pick Barry, Carrick then Parker. I think Barry is underrated because he had some awesome games for City but flashy players like Silva, Aguero and Yaya get all the headlines.

saw a pic on twitter about sturridge, richards, and gale's holiday resort..looked to be in Caribbean as well...very posh..looks like they taking the England omission well..but who can blame them? some 'R&R' is just what the groupies ordered..

Lose? Haha, you're probably right. Anyone arguing with an idiot is going to lose.

And why would I be bitter? I'm South African, not English. Just befuddled that so many players from LFC who had woeful seasons are now in the England squad.

I don't support England, so I can't be arsed, who they pick. I just hope the Ox does we'll and comes back, better for it. With all these injuries he might see more game time.

He can go sit in Barbados all he likes once he turns 40. Playing for your country at one of the biggest competitions in the world should be an honour. Who said anything about him sitting bench? He might very well play. Gerrard has a habit of getting injured, Scott Parker isn't 100%, Lampard just got ruled out, if you ask me he has a good chance of actually playing.

I'm glad Henderson got to go, good experience for him. Let people who actually want to play for their country be given a chance.
