Nice no movement on tracking for me yet.

Typical Aramex. You're more likely to get it sooner if they sent it through the post office

Honestly don't understand why businesses continue to use them...

Good Day,

I hope this email finds you in good health during these difficult times.

Your order has been activated and is still being processed. I see it is already scanned so it should get shipped any day now

Please take note that the lead times have been extended as there is a major backlog of orders due to a high influx of orders.
Evetech will be operating with a skeleton staff base.

We please ask for your patience and understanding during this busy time. Thank you!

Please see below

Lead Times:

(Before dispatch)
Component Lead time: 7-8 Business Days.
(Peripherals, Monitors, Individual components e.g. HDD, Motherboard, GPU etc and chairs)
Laptop Lead Time: 8-10 Business days. (Depending on the configuration purchased upgrades might be required on the SSD and RAM)
Desktop Computers Lead Time: 10-12 Business days. (As we offer a large amount of customization all desktops are built from scratch)

There have been major delays in Gaming Chair orders due to the physical dimensions of the chairs, we are limited to the amount we can dispatch per day.
Gaming Chair Lead time
8-10 Business days.

Delivery: 2-4 Business days (Regional and or Remote can be up to 3-6 Business days)

While we endeavour to ensure all orders receive the relevant stock, there are stock shortages and delays on ordered stock.
If any issues should arise with your order regarding stock, the relevant sales consultant will contact within the allotted time.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

It seems they are changing lead times willy-nilly, as it suits them. The lead time was definitely 5-6 days when I placed my order.

And if my order has already been scanned, why would it take more time to ship? Bloody useless agents...

When did you order? I placed an order on the 9th and those were the lead times then, haven't heard a thing since though :( Does Saturday count as a business day for them?

It was 4 to 5 when I placed my order two weeks ago.

So not sure what they means, will it be today or tomorrow :)

Never had a company not deliver the same day when it says that, worst case that's an afternoon delivery, so looks good to me.
No doubt you'll soon be on here rubbing your new high contrast VA pixel goodness in our faces.

Mine went from processing back to nothing over the weekend, wtf.
I can like to be confused and impatient right now.

Can't wait to get this done. Also have guys coming to install my new 4.8Kv Lithium Phosphor battery backup system on Thursday, so even if Eskom decides to k@k itself the pixels will keep flowing...

Going to lose my sh*t if work requires us to be in that stupid office again in the coming weeks, ain't gonna happen.

I probably will, but maybe :). I've had a pretty decent IPS panel for the last two years.

Mine was also nice, I'm sure the guy who came and picked them up while I was sleeping is really enjoying my triple monitor setup.

Like he even knew what they were, probably was really disappointed he couldn't tune it to Generations.

haha, yeah, not to mention his ability to get the monitors going after leaving me with the power bricks.
Good luck with that son, those things as quite specific.

Yup, I once left a power supply at a buddies house who was emigrating, panicked until he whatsapped me from the UAE and said his sister had the power supply :)
