Evetech Delivery Times

So Evetech isn't known for their great after-sales support and warranty practices.

Why would you guys buy from them? Not judging, it just seems weird to support a company that doesn't look after their customer base. Niche products or lack of stock at other suppliers?

Lack of stock at other suppliers for me, I've used them in the past but just the odd walk-in for a mouse/headset etc.

To be fair they did have my kit ready within the stipulated turn around time, Aramex have dropped the ball here no idea why they use them.
 
Getting trolled by these guys now, SMS this mornig shipment is out for delivery, great! Get here and they have the screen but the PC is MIA.

I ordered my gaming chair (noblechairs epic series - v red special edition) from them a week ago (Thursday) and received it 7 days later. Didn't mind it though, was quite surprised when the Aramex courier phoned me at 18:30 and said he had a late delivery for me. Quite chuffed, assembled the chair yesterday and boy, I'm mighty stoked with my purchase :D

While we’re on that topic, can anyone advise on the procedure for Dell claims?

Dell usually has awesome 3 year warranties. If I buy a Dell monitor from Evetech, would I have to deal with Evetech in the event of a claim, or can I deal with Dell directly?

If I can deal with Dell directly, then I don’t mind buying from Evetech for the discount.

You deal directly with Dell. Evetech is not needed. Someone on forum did have problem with alienware monitor, evetech said the user damaged it, dell just replaced it.
 
How far away are you guys sitting from the LG monitor? I sit about 70cm away and feel disoriented and nauseous after an hour or so

Never really tested, but my desk is 60cm long and it's at the edge of that and I sit about 20cm
 
Not sure how far that is lol 32 in middle and 24 on the sides
