The outcome of EWC will be a tanked economy, and zero investment, Food prices will go through the roof, and there will be a mass migration of the last of us with the money to do so.
If this law was passed today, I'd give SA 3 to 5 years max before it's totally destroyed. Why are we allowing this to happen? WHY?

Many can't leave. Some is staying in solidarity with family and friends. Government can expect armed resistance from those who cannot go, have nowehere to flee to and is trapped in SA with their backs to the wall, trying to protect the only properties they ever worked for, bought with their hard-earned money. If government think they will forcefully be doing this, we can expect loss of life on both sides of the fence, as this will not be a typical Zimbabwe incident. Internationally, the bloodshed will not be ignored. So, interesting times ahead.

Some are predicting an interim period where left and right wing groups take up arms against each other in a wave of skirmishes over this issue.

The left is gonna try and do what Mugabe did with deniable assets and the right is gonna try and react.

Power at all costs even the total destruction of your country. Apparently we have learned nothing from what other African countries have done.

It could be as simple as the ANC politicians not giving a crap about the county and it's people as long as they have money in their bank accounts, they don't care. If we go to total ruin like Zimbabwe they might think but look at the leaders they have money so we could do the same.

They say you can judge people by the company they keep.
Who do the ANC partner with, who lends them money, who sweetens deals for them.
These are our enemies, the people who flaunt wealth to the inept who without which would be just like any other citizen.

The Corporate Elites give away a third of their businesses to these guys to stay in business and this has been going on since 1994 starting with things like NAIL etc.
It was the Corporates that originally sold out South Africa to the new ANC Regime, they are the ones that gave them the power they wanted.

These Companies won't be there to rescue us the Citizens of South Africa as they only answer to their Shareholders. They'll even give away more of their property to EWC to stay in business as their businesses are so large they can afford to give half or more of it away as the balance is still more money than we could dream of acquiring in several lifetimes.

The Corporates sold us out, yet each and every one of us go shop at their stores, leaving small business to flounder in debt and sequestration.
How many Bakers, Butchers, Hardware Stores for example are left? Only a few good ones, family stores, people who know the game well. But you try and start a business like this and you'll be dead in the water.
Today the young people look for jobs in IT as they know that more than 80% of Small Businesses fail in the first 2 years.


Basically the rich made the ANC rich and the ANC will never be happy, they have tasted that evil thing called greed and why they were so easily conned by the likes of the Guptas.
Any honest businessman would have seen them coming a mile away and dived for cover.

What the Chinese have planned for Africa will make the Guptas look like Kindergarten businessman.

if you own property @ R40 000 per square meter or more, its more than likely you will complain about EWC, but sure, thats just my opinion.

It's my opinion that if you own property of any type or value that you actually paid for by working your ass off, you would complain about EWC.

Look at the plan. If it's a parking bay it'll be marked, if it's exclusive use it will be marked. If it is not marked it's common area and no one can do anything with it. If it's exclusive use then the owner can do what they want subject to the rules of the complex. For the cage I'd imagine it...
