Yes, I know all about Neotel's dismal history. I've set R3000 aside for Cell C Woooossshh. Giving them until end July and then it is over if they don't make a bloody big splash. The data offering must be good to tie me over until the end of the year when they are supposed to launch their uncapped consumer wimax.

8ta has also grown its network to over 1,000 live sites, and while their voice customers are still roaming on MTN’s network, their data users are already using 8ta’s network.

Is that statement in the bold true ? I still can't connect to the 8ta Network from home, I can pick up a 8ta Signal when I do a network search but it's still No Access. I do not have MTN were I live so 8ta is a No Go untill they decide to activate their own Towers. I'll try tonight, maybe some thing has changed

Well done 8ta...had Cell C and battled big time. switched to 8ta for ipad and getting average download speed of 2.5mbps with low latency

Blows MTN, VC and Cell C to bits

I am enjoying 8ta all the way, after trying Red, Yellow and 4GS. I am not going back. 4.2mbps all the time so far.
