Get out of here with this ****, you're spoiling his argument!

You do realise that some other nonsense will get posted about him, and it will all be your fault due to taking the wind out of his sails!? He barely got 5 posts about this and you've already shut it down. Bully.
We can go back to the fashion show if you prefer... :p

I think I must go read the Djokovic thread and see how many Lewies fans ridiculed the soon to be GOAT for his personal believes against the vax. OOH the humanity, why cant people just concentrate on his magnificent tennis abilities.

There's a difference, being an anti-vaxxer makes you dumb, it's also a personal choice a person makes.

Just when you think you'll have a year without Hamilton in the spotlight BOOM!

"Bono, my name..."

Sir Lewis Labradormeister Hamilton of Stevenage

That will never fit on the timing screen

Max was first
Actually Masi was first ;)

So, in sports, much as in life, we get those who rise to a challenge and those who never really recover from a serious defeat.

What are thoughts and expectations on the forthcoming season?

I think the cars will run in more or less the same order at the top, with the addition of Ferrari.

I think Lewis will be more aggressive this season. I think Max will be Max - brilliance tempered by poor decisions at times.
I'm hoping to see Haas and Williams scoring points and being competitive in the midfield.

Hopefully Charles comes right this season - I think he's better than Sainz.

Charles will do what Charles does best. Secure the quickest time early in qualifying and then crash, screwing over everyone else and securing his pole.

But on a serious note I think once Sainz gets to grips with the car, he's just as good.

I was happy for Russell last season overperforming in the Williams last season, but he seems to have developed a chip on his shoulder. Will be interesting to see how the dynamics play out at Merc.

My team is McLaren. Just hoping Daniel finally comes to the party and doesn't end up just holding up the rest of the field.

And as always I'll be cheering on Checo this season. Just a cool operator who goes about his business with no dramas, and his ability to overcome the odds and come-from-behind...

I personally believe Sainz is hugely underrated.

I don't just think ''he's just as good'', I reckon he'll win a championship before Leclerc/Norris/Russell do.

He certainly has the experience over them. I think Russell is more naturally talented. What he did with that Williams showed that. We haven't seen how he deals with stress and pressure though - he's quite an emotional lad. Not a bad thing, could make for some spicy media. I think he's a better driver though.

I think George will be the man to beat, assuming Toto lets his drivers race. I have not really supported any driver since Michael Schumacher left, but of course I will be cheering for young Mick.

I expect Mercedes to be up there again, that car looks damn good no matter what the time sheets say. Not sure about Ferrari, we all know what happened after last years topping the testing times. I would like to see Lando get his first win, he thoroughly deserves it after the performances he's put in.

Pretty much agreed on all of the above. Not sure Russell beats out Hamilton just yet. Ham makes very few mistakes, consistency is one of his strongest attributes. If Russell can match that then yes, could definitely be a challenge.

I think why he said that is we're not sure what the dynamics are at Merc. Whether he will be allowed to fight Hamilton. There's no doubt from anyone over Russell's ability, but Merc doesn't like drivers who make spur of the moment decisions on track. Russell doesn't have that maturity yet...
