"... The Italian branch of Motorsport.com claims that the reigning Constructors’ Championship winners have brought in a new turbo specialist to help with the design of the power unit.

According to the report, the new turbo configuration is supposedly “capable of enhancing the qualities of the six-cylinder and hybrid recharging, allowing more extreme strategies.”

The new E10 fuel will see Formula 1 cars use fuel with 10% of its mix coming from renewable sources.

There had been widespread thought that the new fuel would cause a slight power reduction, but the report also claims that Mercedes are confident they have made up the 20 horsepower deficit caused by the switch to the new fuel – with Ferrari reportedly having done the same. ..."

That is why we like Formula changes - it inspires innovation and we wait to see who came up with the best package in the ensuing season. The press Focus on the top teams but what have McLaren, Aston Martin and even Hass done in the past year behind the scenes...
I am looking forward to this season if we can ever put last years fiasco behind us.
 
What the latest on Lord Woke Cry Baby Lewis Hamilton, is he going to race this year or still waiting for Masi to get fired and get handed his 2021 Championship back?

Nah he is scared of Team Ferrari, so pretending its because he was unfairly treated

Nah we can never forget Sir Max winning the title last year, fair and Square
 
So it looks like Jehan Daruvala is going to drive for Prema in F2 this season. Daruvala is a decent driver, though probably not F1 material but it looks like there is a big effort going in to getting him to F1.

He drove well in F3 and deserves an F2 drive.
How well he handles an F2 car will give a better perspective of his F1 potential.
But with budget caps it will be even harder to get an F1 drive unless you bring good sponsorship money or are an exceptional talent.

No more military flyovers at Grands Prix

Pre-race flyovers by the host country's air force are a thing of the past for Formula One as sport's bosses also shake-up the weekend timetable.

in a major change it is understood FP1 will get underway at 13:00 and FP2 at 17:00. FP3 will get underway at 12:00 on Saturday with qualifying at 15:00.

Races will get underway at 15:00, however in all cases the timing may vary according to geographical location and the inherent restrictions in terms of daylight.

Though these timings have yet to be officially confirmed, they represent a clear move by F1 bosses to create a schedule move 'viewer friendly' in terms of global broadcast timing.

The official press conferences which are currently spread over Thursday and Friday will now take place on Friday, while Saturday mornings, ahead of FP3, will feature the opportunity for interaction with the drivers - relevant passes permitting.

In a significant move, the Monaco race weekend will follow the pattern of all the others, with the F1 cars now on track on Friday as opposed to Thursday.
