Would love to see that helmet...
Swings and roundabouts hey....So you loose the lead at the start, luckily you get a second chance.
Then you cant handle the pressure(again), go of track and loose the lead again.
Then you are so slow that you mess up your much faster teammates race. Yes a teammate with a damaged front wing.
Then when you behind your teammate you complain he is too fast and you cant stay in DRS, probably want team to tell teammate to slow down. Yes that teammate with the broken front wing.
Then by some Ocon luck you back in and ignore team orders and by some miracle win.
Vamos Carlos
At least Baas Leclerq still showed his class on that old hard tyres.
Yeah, that was a bit fcked.

What a race! So many stories.
Did anyone see Binotto give Leclerk a speaking to for a brief second at the end? Leclerk looked pissed and it looked like Binotto was telling him to stfu.
Le Clerc said the sameIn the interview, Binotto said he was giving Leclerck a pep talk to lift his spirits....![]()
They had 6 seconds to respond between the safety car announcement and lec passing the pit entrance.Valid points.
Charles was left out to dry by Ferrari, he was screwed over a bit.
Surely there is some level of pre-prep once an accident happen... they have way more data than we do but everyone was saying he should pit... I also think they had a faster car than Merc and could have challenged on trackThey had 6 seconds to respond between the safety car announcement and lec passing the pit entrance.
By the next lap he would have lost track position anyway.
Unlucky timing for him, but not left out to dry
Yes but this is Ferrari...Surely there is some level of pre-prep once an accident happen...
ToucheYes but this is Ferrari...
How would it have played out if Le Clerc pitted and he was the only one to pit... there were only 10 laps left. Tough call. Double stack would have potentially put Sainz further back.Surely there is some level of pre-prep once an accident happen... they have way more data than we do but everyone was saying he should pit... At least Ferrari's strategy department is consistent about being clowns
