As great a NASCAR driver she was, her commentary on F1 wasn’t.I lost the article , but search is not turning up anything. So maybe a hoax. Let's go with hoax
EDIT: yeah... no matter how much you "clean up" Facebook feeds etc, this **** still filterers through:

Good to see the Mercedes team still don't make mistakes
I have no issue with rules. What I hate is when they enforce the rules arguing the spirit in which the regulations were written rather than how any reasonable person would understand them or how they’ve always been interpreted.F1 can be so pedantic at times, to its detriment....

Simple version. Remember when crossing the line meant crossing the line not staying to the right of it or moving completely over it? Or designing a car that is in technical compliance but being declared not “in the spirit of the regulations”?Geezis wat
Hasn’t she moved to Netflix to tell people like VaalDamme what to think of how F1 works?
1.5 kg is massive. If they allow 1.5kg today, tomorrow someone will push for 3 kg and then 10kg, etc.I have no issue with rules. I’m agreeing with the enforcement.Sheeesh. My criticism with the stewards is where they’ve been bamboozled in the past not enforcing as it’s written.1.5 kg is massive. If they allow 1.5kg today, tomorrow someone will push for 3 kg and then 10kg, etc.
The fact that teams don’t complain over losing pole position by 0.001 seconds means they have no excuse to complain about 1.5kg. It’s a precision sport.
Oh, totally missed that you agree with the ruling.I’m agreeing with the enforcement.Sheeesh. My criticism with the stewards is where they’ve been bamboozled in the past not enforcing as it’s written.
If picking up marbles on the cooldown lap negates the 2.5kg then all it is really is imho is pushing regulations to the very limit. They should weigh the cars without the tyres since it’s a standardized component but I’m guessing that’d addSo I presume the cars are weighed before the race then again after the race.
Accounting for fuel, 2.5kg just vanished?
