As I said, they all still need to prove they are top/great drivers. Your Piastri will be champion before Charles is just speculation.
Although I like Piastri and think he has great potential. Him and Norris have never done anything like a Schumacher, Senna or Verstappen did with not the fastest cars. They both now look good. but they have the fastest car.
Leclerc also still have to prove himself. But this year he definitely does not have the fastest car, yet he won 2 races. 2019 he definitely did not have the fastest car, but won two races.
Piastri is young so time will tell. But neither Mclaren drivers have done anything great when their car was not the fastest.

Your new found obsession with the "fastest car" is funny. Anyone watching Oscar's race craft together with his general composure would probably recognise that he's a got a lot more going for him than the younger drivers with more F1 experience.
 
Sigh, nothing new to see here. From the days of the Bridgestone clad teams protesting the Michelin shod cars in the early 00's, to McLaren's supposedly illegal rear wing, teams will always question the legality of a rival team's setup. If McLaren were pottering around the fringes of the top 10 and their rear wing was bending, no one would be batting an eyelid.

Well they went from zero to hero. So probably something going on. Guess we will find out. That wing looks dodgy AF

Yeah it has boggled my mind as well how a car that was dead last, last year is so far ahead within a span of 12 months. Even the dominant RB was a year on year progress from 2019 only reaching full potential in 2022

I am not nearly clever enough to understand the technical lingo though so can't say much on it

I am also the one that said Piastri is Mclaren's best driver for a long time. You and your friends only came to the party now.

I am always first a Ferrari fan, thats why you can see my hate for Sainz as he is not a team player and f^$%# up the Ferrari team. After that I will also support any other driver that rattles the British drivers and the #BritishF1Mafia.

Edit: and just to add - if you’re a Ferrari fan you don’t hate their drivers.
