From what I saw, what others saw and what the FIA saw, both drivers were equally at fault for that.

I digress though. I have my doubts that Red Bull will go very far at Singapore. Maybe they'll nab 4th at best, and it will be Checo rather than Max. I don't forsee Max doing that well, maybe 8th or so. However, COTA will be different; they might find their form there, like I said quite a few pages back.

If Lando doesn't outscore Max by a large margin at Singapore then his championship hopes get very slim because there is a strong possibility that Red Bull find their feet again at COTA.

My Singapore predictions:
1. Leclerc
2. Norris
3. Piastri
4. Perez
5. Alonso
...with Max having a bad day at the office...
 
Seems to be the sentiment is turning on Lando.

Not too long ago the fresh-faced happy kid that had good vibes with Danny Ric and Sainz. Now he is deemed to be arrogant. The same people will say he is too soft/fragile, but when he backs himself its arrogance.

Yeah, the kid's balls have dropped and even though it is still a long shot, he has emerged as a championship contender. The shift already started last year when he stopped running his own social media and retired from posting memes.

And RB should be focusing on the triple header after the break. Singapore should be damage limitation at best.

People making drama for Max to deflect I think. The championship is over unless Max DNFs twice.

The FIA has a vested interest in seeing another team take the top spot. Look at the lengths they went to to ensure that was RB. They don’t want to leave it that late again.

With the current points scoring system as it is, two wins for Lando while 5th place finishes for Max (what's he's been managing so far pretty much) and its a hefty 30pt chunk out that lead already.

And we're not counting the potential points from sprint races either.

Max needs that Redbull to rediscover some pace and quick.

He did that to himself. I basically stopped watching the pre/post-race shows because of this whole drama around him and mclaren stuffing up his wdc for this year. Just watch the racing now.

Let us not forget the lengths they went to to make Mercedes the new hybrid leaders and remove Ferrari, waaaay before the engines came to the F1 paddock, Mercedes were testing them etc etc etc...

If this rear wing is some magic thingie then the other teams will pounce on it asap, they may now be waiting for the FIA to ban them, but I haven't seen anything. I still cannot understand how the RB went from ultra dominant to finishing 6th at best and with a serious struggle.. something doesn't add up, it's not hard to see that some rule has been bent by other teams or some parts have been removed by RB etc etc..
