He isn't the first to suggest a return to V10s
Nore will he be the last, but in his case it was unexpected.

I guess that being booed by the live audience, in front of a global TV audience, managed to penetrate even his thick skin so He is desperately trying to say something, anything, to make him popular with the fans.

It’s a popular suggestion with large support. I wonder why he’s only bringing it up now
While they're at it, why not bring back shift stick manual gearing as well... paddle shifting is just way too easy, real men use the stick... and shift it all the way up... or down. This way Lance Stroll will struggle even more, since North Americans only know how to drive automatic cars. :D

I think the sustainable version is probably corn or something. Either way, v10 is a different sensory experience many would get behind.
It would, unfortunately, still sound like a V10 Hybrid Lawn Mower :sneaky: but it could only be an improvement on what we have now.

Something I have seen raised is that the increasing number of manufacturers competing in the WEC Hypercar class has signified a potential shift, where that class is now seen as the technological peak of motorsport, surpassing F1.

With this in mind, perhaps F1 should somewhat back track and go back to part of what made it great; being a spectacle, and this means noise.

Ditch the hybrids, leave that sort of engineering tech to WEC, and just make some fvcking noise while going vroooom.

EDIT: Throw in Formula-E too alongside WEC as a reason why F1 should just go back to being a noisy spectacle.

Agree fully.

Can agree with this. Formula E has come a long way and if you look at the Jeddah races a week or two ago it was a very entertaining watch. Edge of seat last laps.
