F1 - General discussion and 2017

I'm trying hard to understand, how this was Vettels fault, if you look at this. So much space on the left of Stroll, but look where he is. He knocks into Seb, before Seb is even in front of him

Right after the crash, the car that follows Stroll, clearly shows that he should have been further to the left. When he reaches that left hander, he is not even turning left
Dave seems to be Anti Vettel and pro Hamilton all together, no point in arguing facts.

Like I said, I'm amazed the experts saying its Vettels fault.. But never the less, the show must go on

Having watched the on-board footage of Stroll, you can't really place the blame on him. His steering wheel andgle is consistent throughout the corner, upto the point he realises Vettel is there and tries to steer away .

Stroll should have been much more to the left, as he was entering a left hander, that didn't require him to still be that far to the right. If you look at the car that follows the incident, he takes that left hander, without any issues, and tightly tucked up around the curve taking it.

Not necessarily, it was the in lap, no reason to follow a racing line. You don't typically overtake on the in-lap, you wouldn't expect Vettel to come up from behind like he did.

Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain....................

But not expected during Quali or Race.
It may mess up P3 tomorrow though.

Still no indication yet as to who have an edge, as the top three was close in FP1 and FP2 did not tell us anything. This might be a very contested quali

What time is quali and the race? Im borked this side I think. In US Eastern timezone till Sunday morning. May get to watch highlights back home :/
