so . . . a friend needs to put together a quick presentation of sorts.
she is going to use one of my laptops to create the video aspect of it.

what setting would provide the highest quality video recording ?
the file size does not matter.

ie:
compression type
frames per second
key frame rate

**frame rate in particular, means nothing to me - no idea what that is about
