I'm putting together a few builds atm and am getting a little stuck on cases. I need cases at 4 price points, cases need to lean more toward the flashy end, bright colours and bright lights, etc.

The main catch is that I may need to build quite a few of each build, and if that's the case, I flat out refuse to work in any low quality case again. I am sick of CM 370's etc with screw holes that strip first time with almost no pressure.

So that in mind I've got a few cases I think could work, but am looking for some info about their quality. Any suggestion of cases I might have missed are also welcome.

Finally cases will need painted interiors, and usb3 support is preferred, particularly on the higher end ones, as I'll be using H&Z77 boards.

R300-R600
Zalman Z9 Plus

R800
Zalman Z11 Plus
CM Storm Enforcer
AEROCOOL SYCLONE II

R1000-R1100
CM 690 II Advanced
Antec Nine Hundred Two v3
Thermaltake Overseer RX-I

R1300-R?

First two sections, I think the cases are a good fit, some info on build quality would be great.
Last two sections I'm really not that sure. Higher end cases seem to become less and less flashy. I need each bracket of case to clearly look shinier than the previous, and I'm not sure any of those clearly communicate that over the R800 bracket.

Some of the full towers are quite nice, but would prefer to stay at mid tower if I can help it, and prefer cases that come with led lights installed as opposed to having to swap out unlit fans for lit ones myself.

Any help would be appreciated.

the Cm69II is a beaut, cant go wrong with that case for a R1000 affair.

Zalman Z11+ is epic for its price.. Take a look at the Corsair 600T for a mid/high end chassis. You can also add the CM Cosmos II to the ultra high end builds.

Thanks all for the pointers.

Sniper is an amazing case, but no usb3 yet afaik.
CM690II is a very nice case, built 2 machines with them before, but think they're a bit too understated for this job.

I decided to stop at a R2000 price ceiling so unfortunately didn't get to the Cosmos II, but the 600T is a great one.

In the end I went through every case I could find between R750 & R2000, here's the shortlist:

Entry Level Build
Zalman Z9 Plus -R570

Mid Level Build
Zalman Z11 Plus -R811
CM Storm Enforcer -R820

High Level Build
CM 690 II Plus (USB 3.0) -R914
HAF 912 Advanced -R955
CM 690 II Advanced (USB 3.0) -R1001
Corsair Carbide 500R White -R1045
Antec Nine Hundred Two V3 -R1127
Thermaltake Overseer RX-I -R1191
AEROCOOL XPREDATOR -R1253
SilverStone RAVEN RV03 -R1316

Ultra Level Build
Corsair Graphite 600T White -R1492
CM HAF XM (side window version) -R1541
CM HAF X -R1621
Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 -R1670
CM Storm Trooper -R1693
Antec Twelve Hundred V3 -R1722
CM Stryker -R1892
Thermaltake Armor Revo Black -R2001

All cases are painted inside, have a window of some kind, usb3.
The ones marked in red are the ones I think I'll be going for.
Other than the Storm models I don't think the Cooler Master cases are quite lively enough for this, same with the Antecs & the Carbide. I skipped the Aerocool because its massive. Couldn't resist the temptation to build in a Raven though, and I think with a few added LED lights the looks will be perfect. Finally on the Ultra level, it was a close decision between the Graphite and the Chaser, but in the end I think the Chaser is better suited with it's flashy accents and loads of stock LED fans. CM Stryker & Trooper and damn nice, but figured it better to take the cheaper options.

So before I finalize these, does anyone have any experience with the red marked cases?

Once again, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Building for a client, details are still coming together, but it's clear they're to be pure gaming pc's.
