Is there anyone that can help me obtain Fibre at a few locations around kzn that currently don't have fibre availability. Combination of business and residential addresses.

Unfortunately, the only way to do that would be to get enough people in those areas to register interest.
Fibre providers will not spend millions on infrastructure for one business or residence to get connected.
