Have not been down since I went active, very much a plus.Yeah it was a short 30 minutes. I was also baffled as everything was green.
Also happy to report I had no downtime whatsoever for the 3 weeks I was home over the holidays so that's a plus in my book.

@AfriNatic Sorry to bug you again. Frogfoot must have sorted it out in the early hours of this morning and I am online again and everything seems to be working fine however, the "Broadband" light on the ONT is flashing red even though I am online.
I already talked to your call center who refreshed me and I also rebooted but it's still flashing red.
Why does that light flash red? Anything to worry about?

Seems to me whoever fixed yesterdays problem did so poorly and if the case they need to get contractors out there again and do it properly.
When I went to bed just before midnight last night I checked and the error was still on FF website. When I woke up at 6 and checked it was removed from their website which means they worked under flashlight in the dark and this is the result.
