Fibre night surfer - how does it exactly work?

I am getting 10mb/s 50GB softcap fibre installed at my home. And I have spoken to Telkom contact center and both times the agents cant explain how exactly the night surfer works. The one lady said I will get another 50GB between 12 and 6. The other said there is no such promo?

I cant get any info on Telkom's website. Have you recently visited their website? Useless!!!
