Has anyone here tried to cancel their Supersonic Fibre line recently? How did it go?
So I made the grave mistake of going with Supersonic fibre, without reading that there is a 24-month clawback on Vumatel installations. OK, so I'm taking it on the chin that I have to pay a clawback fee.
But to actually get to it. Their useless website initially allowed me to "cancel" my line on the 6th of Feb. Only to find out it's a full calendar month notice needed. So I cancelled on the 1st of March. And guess what - the 1st of April I got an invoice for April. As well as the debit order going off.
Now logging into the portal shows that my line isn't due for cancellation anymore. 
And don't get me started on the so-called "support" staff. Useless bunch of idiots!
