Got me some nice looking fillet steaks for supper and feel like a change from the usual - anyone have any ideas for a marinade/seasoning?

Seems interesting - not sure if we have any peach chutney though.4 tblspns mrs balls peach chutney
4 tblspns brown grape vinegar
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
1 pinch paprika
Marinade in this for 20 minutes. Just before grilling, grind some course salt on both sides, and grill to perfection![]()
