Hey guys

So the weirdest thing happened today... I have a 16GB flash drive which I've been using now the past 2 months. It worked fine everywhere, but this morning I plugged it into a computer with Win XP and I got the message saying that Windows does not recognize the device... It doesn't show up anywhere.

I've tried it with various XP computers, and no luck. It works fine on my Win 7 Ultimate though...
I've tried some proposed solutions on the internet, but no luck.
Anyone has any idea as to what could be the cause?
Thanks in advance!
Regards.

Have you not perhaps enabled bitlocker on the drive , in windows 7 ?

It's a not-so-well-known brand, Baseline. Haven't heard of it from before either.
Nope, Bitlocker not the answer, but thanks for the suggestion! :)

I'm going to format the drive again and see what happens.
Thanks guys!

Okay, so I formatted the drive (after backing up on my Win7 pc) and WinXP recognized the drive after format. So I unplugged the flash drive and when I wanted to plug it in again in a WinXP pc, it now again does not detect the flash.
