FNB duplicate transaction problem - what to do

So i did land up getting double debited, about 5K. Didn't notice it at first.
 
I was a bit surprised to notice an extra 10k missing from my account on the weekend. But it was returned already. It just had to duplicate my freeken airplane tickets.
