Gdiza what are you on about. I should get off my high horse! FNB messed up big time. A lot of people are unable to operate their businesses and we must accept it. You are obviously not an FNB customer otherwise you would not have made such silly statements. Look at the majority of the posts and you will note I am not the only one upset with FNB. How many times have you heard of online banking services being down for more than 24 hours?
 
It has been way too long since they were online. A few hours I could understand, but this is frankly ludicrous...

This is unacceptable, and we have all the right to complain
 
Internet Banking still down.

Edit: I just heard on 702 news, they only allow a certain number of people online at a time.
 
ok just logged in, shew, all de money there :D

still moved everything to standard at the moment until things are smooth again

yeh can login but still can't do any credit card payments- getting declined even though the funds are there.
FNB you guys have really fsucked up - how much of our hiked bank fees you going to spend on ads apologising?
 
FNB is in my opinion the BEST BANK in the world. From the brilliant service they have given me in the past,... I choose to turn a blind eye at this incidence.

What the hell is FNB upto... every few minutes they have the login box on the site.. but it does not allow u to login.
I AM SURE this is a security issue.. NO BANK will tell u it is...

as flawed as it is, you are entitled to your wrong opinion.:rolleyes:

FNB bank fees for business are through the roof, I have to pay R26 on every cheque I had to issue yesterday because I could not use debit cards because they were down.

but then again, I have accounts with standard and Nedbank and they are just as ****ty, though at least they are working - I am not partial to any bank, I find they are all k@k in some way,
 
Lets just surmise for a minute that online banking remains offline for the next couple of days.

I need to pay SARS tomorrow (PAYE/UIF/SDL) but I first need to transfer funds from my call account, which I cannot access. I can issue a cheque to SARS but it will bounce.

So now SARS hits me with 10% penalties and interest because of late payment.

Do you think FNB will come to the party and pay my penalties and interest ?

Fat chance of that happening.

Dear oh dear. Folks, if online banking is down it causes an INCONVENIENCE not a total-inability-to-function-like-a-human-being. Get your piles-induced asses up from the chair you're in and go to the closest branch, works just as well. :)

Just requires you to walk a bit. :)
 
some people might not be able to get to a branch, due to sitting overseas or simply not having a branch nearby.....
 
all my FNB accounts are working? I used them yesterday...? I bought food from woolworths, bought coffee in town and a few bits and bobs.
