Just a small note on my experience with night surf.
As stated above, The night surf don't apply for 1GB accounts.
Having concurrent connections will not activate night surf also if you on uncapped. If you have a laptop and desktop each creating a pppoe connection then night surf will not kick in until all connections are drop and only one connection is created.
I had a problem at start where night surf wasn't working for 2 weeks, then spoke to 9th technical support guy(Yes the first 8th said I was not downloading between those times and one also said must make sure my Timezone is set to South Africa
) and he said I have concurrent connections which I did and advice to disconnect all session, wait for 5 minutes and only make one connection. It finally worked and being using night surf with average usage of +500 GB(Capped 20 GB account). I use webafrica and afrihost capped for day time usage.

Dont know how you manage this, but for me downloading between those times does nothing...it just increase my chances of being a power user like any other time during the day

Like you said you are on a Business uncapped , let ranger advise you if night surfer apply to your plan too.
