Probably on an unaffected DSLAM, most likely one of the older ATM fed Marconi ones.I am in Fourways off the Fourways Golf Park exchange and i have had no issues.
Little birdie told me the right (level of) personnel are now on the job and have identified that there is a issue (at least on the IMAX I'm on). Keeping fingers crossed.the Telkom helpdesk is still adamant there are NO issues with the Fourways exchange!!!!!!
Pls let us be on the same IMAX....
Phone back (good luck) and report it faulty again. First try and insist that they re-open your existing fault ref and also request an escalation fault ref.Im confused..just got an sms from telkom saying that they have tested the line and no fault could be found!!!! My phone is still down and dsl speeds still poked! What can we do next?
