Free mobile Facebook bandwidth from MTN

What exactly is the address? RPM and the article claim it's 0.facebook.com vs o.facebook.com 0 vs o.

Doesn't work for me either on MTN - says it's not available on my carrier...

It's not available for South Africa. Only available through MN in Benin, Cote d'Ivorie, Guinea Bissau, Rwanda, Swaziland and Ugana. And coming soon to Cameroon and Guinea Conakry. That's from the official Facebook blog.

The page loads on my phone but is denied (I'm with Vodacom). My carrier is not supported. Come on VODACOM, if not first to do something, be 2nd and get your ass in gear! :)

I get an error to say that the page is not supported by my carrier. So MTN lets everyone know before it actually works??

So why not SA? Are we not deserving? Do we not use facebook on our mobiles?

I'm on MTN and I get to following error:
"Sorry, 0.facebook.com is only supported by selected mobile carriers and is not available from your mobile carrier"
Hmmm that's funny maybe I should tell MTN that next time they send me my bill. "But according to Facebook I'm not an MTN subscriber, and Facebook makes the rules now a days" ;-)

Not really a brilliant idea ... just words ... no images! I'd much rather pay my few cents to log onto normal FB mobile

Sorry 0.facebook.com is only supported by certain mobile carriers and is not available from your mobile carrier. This on a contract MTN phone. WTF?

If I go to o.facebook.com on my MTN phone, I don't get any messages about carriers. It works, but the url then is m.o.facebook.com/home.php?....

It's just weird to me that everybody's not getting the same message..
