Frogfoot performance issues in George

Yikes, nothing like that here... Getting the odd bit of loss, but we're good this side.
That's not an ISP issue.

Perhaps you're on a different Frogfoot uplink that's still congested?

Definitely degraded performance last night: ~30mbps.
Thought it's Vox shaping, but if you're also battling..

Long weekend - 4pm - and we're still "enjoying" congestion. How many months does it take to supply enough bandwidth to their clients?

LTE operators are going to get more and more clients and with better deals coming out every few months Frogfoot should think twice about chasing their clients away as their monopoly won't last.

Could this be related to: https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/thr...-in-the-evenings-causing-packet-loss.1060764/

If this is a general Frogfoot congestion issue affecting most customers in the Western Cape using Frogfoot, then perhaps we should create a new thread for it... Would like more feedback.

I've logged two tickets through my ISP's - namely Vox (the office) and WebAfrica (home). Both use Frogfoot links and both have the congestion issues at night, even with "100Mbps premium".

Home connect is telling me Frogfoot network is down in George. That the problem isn't with Home Connect :/ .......
Frogfoot says they are not aware of such an issue in George
