Frogfoot performance issues in George

22:30 and still packetloss.

Other than the first month odd, Frogfoot George hasn't gone more than 2 weeks without packetloss?

Maximum profit at the cost of the clients. @Frogfoot Fibre

Additional capacity installed and the result is:
Less packetloss, with more users being added daily - so this is as good as it's going to get? Downhill from here (which is already halfway down) for the next 3 months?

The packet loss was mad tonight. In cmd testing as well , pings were stable'ish. Not looking good for phase 2

Any improvement for you chaps in beautiful George ? PE goes down the crapper after 7pm. Shame on you, FrogFoot.

Same in PE - 100mbps line down to 10 now with packet loss and latency spikes. Usually from now until 9:30pm. FFS.

The struggle is real brother.

My issue seems to be more ISP these days though. The others in George don't get the degrading service the way i do.

Not with Home Connect, packet loss and low speeds are still there, nothings changed. I told them they have until COB business then i'll report them to ISPA and cancel my service. They quickly replied that their top core technician has started investigating ... so will see. GATVOL of this i tell you

2-4mbps line speed, you guys are probably not getting this?
If so who is your ISP please. Having a fight with mine.

Did you get any feedback? But the big question now is it with FF or HC?

Definitely had major international connectivity issues - ala the WACS cable breaks, but didn't notice packetloss. So Frogfoot was off the hook.
