Frogfoot performance issues in George

Off again, anyone else? Home connect says its a switch install. But frogfoots website says thats only tomorrow...

Been a ride and a half. Sent them ( Home connect ) a very nice letter... day after that the connection is the best i've ever had. Will see....
 
Major congestion / packetloss again the last while - this after the recent upgrade in town last week.

No packet loss so far, but damn, the cape town pings are over 40ms. Jumping from 15-40's ms non stop

Download speeds are at 30% as well

The % of days that we have to sit with this badly degraded connections from when we signed up to date is getting pretty high.

Yet Vox/Frogfoot ignores all emails asking for a refund. Atrocious.

Whats your ping sitting at, my cape town routes and joburg routes are all above 50ms with packet loss and slow speeds.
 
Same, we're being rerouted again.
Speedtest around ~39-50mbps only at the moment. Much worse earlier around 8pm.
 
Phoned again and email... Once again, it's the other ones fault. And i, the one that pays, has to struggle with a poor connection. Can't believe i'm saying this, but i miss my 10mbps ADSL line
