Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

I hope you all have been logging calls with your ISP so that you can share the references with the Frogfoot rep as these are very important.

I'm not even getting a simple bot reply on my tickets to ISP. It feels like I'm funding a Ponzi scheme at this stage. Its just hopes, dreams and promises of something bigger/better later on but at the end its just money that I am never going to see again and I don't have anything to show for it while Mr CEO is surfing like a boss on his stable Openserve/MFN/Vuma connection while coining it.

@Frogfoot Fibre been a few days now
Thank you so much for your time and patience, Ref Fault #52995 Fault has been logged with URGENCY, ETR is up to 48 working hours depending on the nature of the problem. A technician will contact you to arrange an appointment should they need to come to your premises. not great for a 1000mb line

This is normal for a 1Gbps line on Frogfoot in PE after 18h30 in the evenings unfortunately

Even more packet loss again tonight, is this just a nightly thing again? I don't see anything on their website about maintenance in our area

@AfriGuy @AfriNatic @Afrihost-Gian Are fully aware of the issues we are having in PE, but i guess are deliberately ignoring addressing it, till they fix it. I sent a support ticket and an email, explaining the issues we are experiencing in PE and have yet to receive a response.
