So basically the EVPN Ladder 3 or whatever BS work they did screwed the pooch.
Seems like many in Fernglen are down. Axxess, VOX, CISP etc.
I think they took out suburbs. Well done clap clap. Genius move.
Neighbourhood chat group has pitchforks out for FrogFoot. Now that we have Openserve as an option and the prices are similar let’s see how many customers FF lose.

Sigh. I literally got my internet installed today. Then they had some other issues to resolve. They fixed it. It ran for 5 minutes. Then went down now. A nice big reminder of how terrible frogfoot is. Use to be on LTE but the coverage is just too bad after we moved. We really need Openserve to trench in the area.
Honestly this is terrible. They need to be held accountable for this. They are down so often one needs to have a backup connection for work / important matters. How can they legally charge us fully and shaft us this much? Best effort se moer. They should be legally challenged.
