Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

Seems like NLD issues again. We're on JNB and not CT currently.

Latency has spiked.

Anyone else's connection constantly dropping last 2 days internet is on for a few minutes then off for 30-60 seconds restarted everything multiple times not sure if its frogfoot or my isp (never had issues with isp before but nobody else seem to have the issue on here?)
 
Also having little to no internet.
Who is your ISP, we are with Afrihost on Frog Foot.
 
Internet went down yesterday, rebooted the ONT and router, internet works.
Internet went down today multiple times today. So on the WhatsApp line to Afrihost.
Cant ping 8.8.8.8. Told to reboot ONT and Router. Internet works again and can ping 8.8.8.8.
And then I tell them my desktop PC's / Router and ONT is on a single UPS supply.....
It must be the UPS....(But my Desktop computers have not re booted nor my Ethernet I/P Moxa timed out....)

Has anyone else had a consistently below promised speed? I've been 100mb under what I'm paying for. And they've had the audacity to email saying prices are increasing next month
