Also how does one log Afrihost calls outside business hours? Sent a What's App message at 06h41 when we had the outrage, get an out of the office working hours reply.

You should be able to log a call back or send an email to [email protected] for assistance when whatsapp team is offline.

Yep, I got that when I tried to FB Messenger message Frogfoot. "We open at 8AM"...lovely service.

I'm on Mweb, unfortunately we transitioned to them as our ISP just as the proverbial pawpaw hit the fan with all the FF issues so the verdict is still out on their performance. We were with Cape Connect previously, and had zero issues so long as the underlying FNO was stable.

@FlashSA As of 20mins ago that is exactly what I'm experiencing...mostly from around 18h00 it tends to take a massive dip.

@Frogfoot Fibre could you PLEASE PLEASE get your network right. Doing a network test on a 20/2Mb fibre line I am getting 1.2Mbps down and 3Mbps up!

How the hell are we supposed to work when this happens daily now? I had Telkom ADSL and I think they went down less over the 8 years I had them than you guys have gone down the past 2 weeks. And THEY were bad at times.
