Hey guys,
I have a question. It may be a bit stupid but I am not getting it.
We recently asked Vox for a feasibility study. When they got back to us, they said there is fibre and drew on the map where the fibre line is running and quoted us on FTTB. I told them that I wanted them to quote me on a capped home package. They got back to me and said unfortunately there isn't FTTH in this area.
Am I missing something? According to me, fibre is fibre. The service going through the fibre connection should be irrelevant. Even Axxess says that they can provide fibre to us, so I am very confused. Would someone be able to tell me whether I am looking at this wrong?
Thanks!
