FTTH in complex

Hi, I recently moved into a complex that have FTTH installed.
When i moved in someone gave me a form if im interested in using them as isp.
Will this be the only option or can i use someone else?

We need to know who laid the fibre infrastructure.

Fibre hoods? Vumatel? Openserve? Octotel?

i checked the coverage map for openserve, it looks like it could be them.
