I was wondering, is it yet possible to get a FTTH account in Pretroia from any of the ISPs, and if so, which ISP should I contact for more information?

Google hasn't been very helpful so far.

No it is not possible as of yet, As far as I know.

Then you could look into Neotel - starting from R1600 p/m

Damn, no fiber coverage from NeoTel in my area :<<

I guess there are no other options at present?

ARC Telecom might be able to help. But I think it might only be fiber the last mile or so and wireless using microwave technology for the rest. But you can contact them and hear.
