Inpatient much? you literally asked like a few hours after it cleared customs. Aramex call and process generally pretty quick.

So it seems like it was sent in error, as this morning I received an email stating that my order has been shipped(invoice indicates all items present, BUT at 10% of actual value total!), and aramex indicates that a record has been created.
 
My order from 9/02 also shipped this morning. Looks like Gearbest is finally starting to catch up and get orders out...
 
Mine says "cleared from customs", but no invoice was sent and have paid nothing. Does this mean there's no customs charges?

Phone 011 3903520 and give them your tracking number..you might have to hang on a while

If it's above R500 it will get a "On Hold - Payment not Ready" status and that's when you should phone and ask for your invoice
 
This was a nice surprise!

My stuff got delivered today, had no customs or like issues (price around R522)

Didn't expect delivery today.

Nice! Congrats. For small, cheap orders like covers, chargers etc, an order can reach you in under a week which is amazing service from Aramex.

My tv sticks are also here soon, paid customs invoice this morning.

Pretty quick service, want to get some high end Chinese phone next.
 
I have sent the required invoice + id + import number this morning after getting an sms asking for it. My tracking has not changed and have not received any email saying they have received my documents and all is good. Should I be worried?

Where do I see the tracking number on GB. They called me on Sunday to confirm my email address and told me the package is here in SA and someone will mail me for an invoice if needed.

Well it's now two days later and I still haven't received either the mail or my phones...and my current phone's mic is beginning to give issues.

If you log in, select My Orders, select the order number and it should open up just the order. You can then select "Track Your Shipment". It should give you the tracking number. If you want, drop me a PM with the tracking number and I will speak to the person I know to push it. Should get an invoice within 2 days maximum of them contacting you. If you want as well, download the Aramex app. Think is totally amazing. Didn't even know about it till last week thanks to this thread. :whistle:

My package has also cleared customs as well. Paid and it should deliver tomorrow.

Don't forget that if anybody wants to order something from GearBest mainly common items like phones, TV boxes, etc, PM me the item you want. There are 30+ item coupons available daily and they normally run for up to a month. Some good savings and most are never posted online so almost impossible to google. PM me and we can save everybody some money.:D
 
Thanks for the offer. It's saying that payment is not ready. Is there no way to pay via the app or EFT?
