See, auto bracketing makes life a lot easier.

Sony Cybershot W55. Typical point and shoot, about R2k when it was purchased. No RAW option.

Its a bit of a cheat (and one I use all the time) but it's no substitute for shooting bracketed raw on the camera.

I dont think I'd recommend a M$oft product. :D PS3 does a good enough job for me.

You guys should try PTGui Pro first. Here's a sample:

Another one to try is Hugin. Its also a GUI for panotools. The interface isn't the greatest but it works. Its freeware and supports PTLens database for automatic vignetting and pincushion/barrel distortion correction.

What is this obession with RAW? Even for massive prints a 10MP JPEG will produce excellent results. Perhaps I am missing something but I see no value in RAW.

Lossy 8-bits per channel should be enough for all human eyes ;)
You did see the panoramics I made with MICE ?
For a free program it does the job perfectly. :cool:

Yeah, I seriously have to do something about my eyes. They cannot seem to pick up more than 16.7m colours. Guess I have JPEG eyes and not RAW ones :D

Genius ;) You have found a solution for my problem! Soon I will also see the world in 48bit colour - I have always wanted to alpha channel through walls and things.
