New idea for the employment of managers in various government departments.

Once they make it on to the short list, via their CV's they should be take out to the nearest sport ground and made to run a couple laps, with the best time getting the job.

Nice initiative from the Department on Finance to embrace technology and provide the online route - something that you don't see a lot from most other government departments. Signs of positive change, perhaps?

The problem with the budget itself, however, is that it won't really cut wasteful expenditure in government departments. That has to come from the department itself, and it appears that some departments are totally uninterested.

Free Education for grade 1, with lunch and books.. then next year for grade 1+2.
