Golf V GTi drivers

I'm sorry that my idea of being a fan involves a bit of criticism (to which I'm open to being proved wrong), and is not the same as yours which probably involves a week long erection ;)

Btw the FSI success story is mainly related to fuel consumption at increased power levels, and not big power gains as such. And you call yourself knowledgeable  It's easy to bs, and I don't acknowledge some dude's word on a forum as proof. I want to see dyno readouts.

I am a fan... always owned and driven VW's...
but me not believing that a MKV GTi will push out 200KW with just a chip..
doesnt make me any less of a VW fan...and i have read those forums...
even the ones from the US and Europe....

I saw that coming lol!:p

SO increased power was just a flook?
RS4 story. A S4 a 4.2 V8 + Turbo is slower than a 4.2 V8 FSI non turbo....
The FSI is just there for the fuel consumption??

FSI is the the way the injectors spray out the fuel before its ignited.
Its sprays it out evenly so it combusts more violently!! Its the based on the same principal as the MP9 injectors just much better.

Results like I said is on www.vwclub.co.za

You're making silly assumptions

They say nothing of the 2.0T FSI engine. I'm a big fan of REVO software, but even I think that 200kW+ isn't very achievable without changing the turbo itself.

Changing the turbo? theres alooooot you can do to get over 200 without changing the turbo. Raising the boost does wonders aswell.

Eish lol now I know why Polo drivers are classed the way they are.

Uhm, part of the software upgrade already entails increasing the boost electronically.

All I remember of JK8's car is that he had a Velociti, before he was a victim of "affirmative shopping" :D

Lol cool ye sure go through it.... Ive never been branded a liar so if you want to prove me wrong... go ahead.

not trying to brand you anything, but you are always buying cars or own cars you were trying to decide between polo gti and cupra, then another thread you are getting 2 Gti's. So no not calling you a lier but your statements do confuse people.

Well I was chossing between a Polo Gti and Seat Cupra to replace my Velo.
Im currently driving my Mk4.

In a few weeks hopefully I will have 2 Gtis. A Mk4 and a Polo Gti...
takes a while to comprehend I guess.

No not a while to comprehend just doesn't make any sense so you can keep rolling your eyes at me ;)

You have a "worked" Mk4 and you want to get a new Polo GTI - doesnt make sense.

The polo GTI has the same engine as your Mk4 (which you have "worked" to get more performance form")
